Summit Background
In April 2019, the General Office of the State Council issued "Opinions on Promoting the Development of Pension Services." The 28 specific policies also indicated the further development of the aging real estate in China.
International Aging Real Estate (China) Summit 2019 will be held at October 25th -26th, in Shanghai, China. The Summit will cover Pension Model at Home and Abroad, Policies of Aging Real Estate in China, Senior Architectural Design, Investment & Profit of Aging Real Estate, the Combination of Medical Care and Pension, Retirement Communities and other hot topics. Speakers and attendees will discuss the status quo and developments of China’s Aging Real Estate Industry.

峰会背景
今年4月,国务院办公厅印发了《关于推进养老服务发展的意见》。从深化放管服改革、拓展养老服务投融资渠道、扩大养老服务就业创业、扩大养老服务消费、促进养老服务高质量发展、促进养老服务基础设施建设等六大方面提出了28条具体政策措施。这次《意见》的发布,也预示着养老地产将迎来更进一步的发展。
在此背景下,由万怡医学主办的“2019国际养老地产(中国)峰会”将于2019年10月25-26日在上海隆重召开。本届峰会将聚焦国内外养老模式、养老地产相关政策、养老建筑设计、养老地产的投资与盈利、医养结合、养老社区等热点话题,从创新案例分享到圆桌头脑风暴,深入探讨中国养老地产行业的现状与未来。
